Ramnarain “Joe” Jaigobind

Head of Global Equity Capital Markets

Joe Jaigobind has been in the financial services arena for over 25 years and joined Joseph Gunnar & Co. in 2015 as a Partner, along with his team, to spearhead Global Equity Capital Markets. Joe and his team have raised in excess of $55 billion in capital markets transactions as Lead Manager, Co-Manager or as a Syndicate Member. Joe started his career at Shearson Lehman Brothers in the Private Client Group, followed by Investec Ernst where he served as Senior Vice President and Maxim Group as Executive Managing Director. Most recently, Joe was Head of Global Equity Capital Markets at Rodman & Renshaw and Aegis Capital Corp.

Joe was a Chairman's Circle Member of the US-India Business Council and was a Director of the Board of the US-Pakistan Business Council. He was also a member of the Susquehanna Investment Network based in Lewisburg. Joe has previously served on the board of directors of Care Management International and is currently a Trustee of the West Street Charitable Foundation.

Eric Lord

Head of Investment Banking/Underwritings – Global Equity Capital Markets

Eric Lord joined Joseph Gunnar as Head of Investment Banking/Underwritings in the firm’s Global Equity Capital Markets Group. Eric started his career as an investment analyst for a registered investment advisory firm in Boston where he prepared asset allocation plans and annual investment performance reviews for high net-worth clients. Mr. Lord was also Vice President of Equity Capital Markets at Maxim Group LLC. Over a two-year span at Maxim, he worked on more than 150 public market offerings, including eight Maxim lead managed transactions. After joining Maxim, he was Senior Vice President of Global Equity Capital Markets at Rodman & Renshaw, LLC. Over three years at Rodman, spanning the financial crisis, he assisted in the origination and sale of nearly 100 public offerings, including more than 25 lead-managed public offerings, as well as several lead-managed private placements.

Most recently, Mr. Lord was Senior Vice President at Aegis Capital Corp. and a founding member of the firm’s Global Equity Capital Markets department. In four years with Aegis, the Global Equity Capital Markets department completed more than 100 offerings as book-runner or co-manager, raising nearly $3 billion in gross proceeds.

Mr. Lord is a Series 7 licensed Registered Representative, Series 24 licensed General Securities Principal and passed the CFA Level 1 exam. Mr. Lord holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond.

Priyanka Mahajan

Senior Vice President Investment Banking – Global Equity Capital Markets

Priyanka Mahajan joined Joseph Gunnar as Senior Vice President in the firm’s Investment Banking department. Ms. Mahajan started her career as Vice President of Investment Banking at Chardan Capital Markets, LLC. Over a four-year span at Chardan, she worked on more than 89 transactions, including 38 Chardan lead-managed transactions. Ms. Mahajan was involved with all aspects of the firms’ banking business including deal structuring and execution, interfacing with institutional investors and counsel. Priyanka was also Vice President of Global Equity Capital Markets at Rodman & Renshaw, LLC and Aegis Capital Corp. Over a four-year span at Aegis, she worked on more than 100 offerings as book-runner or co-manager, raising nearly $3 billion in gross proceeds. Ms. Mahajan is a Series 7, Series 63, Series 24 and Series 79 licensed Registered Representative. She is a member of 85 Broads, an international non-profit education organization founded in 1997 with headquarters in New York and a presence in 90 countries. Ms. Mahajan is a member of High Water Women, a volunteer-driven organization working with non-profit partners.

Ms. Mahajan holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Baruch College, CUNY and a B.Comm in Accounting & Investments.

Kevin Mangan

Senior Vice President Investment Banking – Global Equity Capital Markets

Mr. Mangan joined Joseph Gunnar as Senior Vice President of Investment Banking in the firm’s Global Equity Capital Markets Group. Kevin started his career as Syndicate Manager at Maxim Group LLC. During his time at Maxim, Kevin was involved in all internal aspects of the firm’s syndicate business. Kevin was Vice President, Syndicate Manager of Global Equity Capital Markets at Rodman & Renshaw, LLC. In over three years at Rodman, Mr. Mangan assisted in the origination, marketing and execution of nearly 100 public offerings, including over 25 lead-managed public offerings, as well as several lead-managed private placements.

Prior to joining Joseph Gunnar, Mr. Mangan was Vice President, Syndicate Manager at Aegis Capital Corp and a founding member of the firm’s Global Equity Capital Markets department.  In four years with Aegis, the Global Equity Capital Markets department completed over 100 offerings as book-runner or co-manager, raising nearly $3 billion in gross proceeds. Mr. Mangan is a Series 7 licensed Registered Representative and Series 24 licensed General Securities Principal.  He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Miami.
